‘Star Wars: Outlaws” Gameplay Previewed at Ubisoft Forward

We’re just a few months away from the release of Star Wars: Outlaws, the new open-world game from Ubisoft and Lucasfilm Games. To get the hype train rolling for the upcoming game, two new previews showcasing the gameplay were revealed this weekend at Ubisoft Forward, the company’s showcase event and live stream.

Set between the events of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, the game follows the young smuggler looking to make a name for herself, Kay Vess. The story will feature a myriad of characters and locations, some familiar to Star Wars fans, and some that are brand new for the game.

A four-minute gameplay trailer that features quick glimpses of familiar faces from the films, including Lando Calrissian, Qi’Ra, and Jabba the Hutt can be seen below,

Star Wars Outlaws will be available August 30th, 2024 on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC. The game is available for pre-order now!
